Our son Ian suffered a TBI over 9 years ago at age 15 and life drastically changed life for him and his family. Over that time Joe Quaisar and his team have built and supplied equipment for him including 2 wheelchairs and a standing frame. Any time we needed a part or repairs Joe and HHP have been prompt and knowledgeable. Most recently as Ian’s 25th birthday approached we had no idea what to do for him when the idea struck me that his cognition had improved enough for him to try a power chair. I contacted Joe only 2 days before his bday and asked what he could do and sent a pic of our yard showing terrain we must navigate to get Ian to our pool as he likes to swim. HHP had his measurements and capabilities on file and Joe immediately went to work on it and outfitted a Quickie power chair to fit Ian and delivered it day before his Birthday! This made Ian’s day and he loves his power chair and a whole new level of independence, it has raised his self esteem and motivation
He picked up how to drive chair and keeps getting better, allowing him to go more places and saving my back. Thankyou Joe and team at HHP for all you do !
